RSG RMS-1P-KS SPST Pull Station with Key Switch

The RSG RMS-1P-KS is a single-pole manual pull station fitted with the Pre-Signal Key Switch (KS) option. A separate key contact lets the operator escalate from pre-alarm to general alarm.

First, a standard pull activates the pre-signal stage on supporting fire alarm control panels. Then turning the integrated key contact transitions the system to a full general-alarm condition. As a result, trained staff can investigate before evacuation begins.

In addition, the station retains the SPST 10 A snap-action switch and pigtail connection. Furthermore, the pre-signal feature must be supported and configured at the panel for the workflow to function.

Compatible Accessories

For surface mounting indoors, use the RMS-BB back box. Alternatively, use the RMS-DBB deep back box where extra depth is needed. In addition, glass rods are available as RMS-GR for break-rod operation.
