RSG SP-1-WP-LPNY with Lift and Pull Cover/NY Stripe

The RSG SP-1-WP-LPNY is the weatherproof single-pole SP Series pull station with a lift-and-pull cover and a New York-style white visibility stripe. Specifically, the LPNY suffix adds the NY stripe across the cover. Furthermore, the SP-1 base uses a normally-open toggle switch.

First, the user lifts the cover and pulls the lever to trip the toggle. Then, the panel signals an alarm just like any standard SP-1. As a result, the station works outdoors in regions that prefer the NY visibility convention.

The WP-LPNY (weatherproof lift-and-pull cover with NY white stripe) is a visibility-marking convention. However, RSG does not list it as a specific code citation. Therefore, confirm AHJ acceptance for the NY-style stripe in your jurisdiction before specifying.
