The EVAX-200 is a 200-watt conventional voice evacuation control panel from Evax Systems by Potter Electric Signal Company. First, it integrates a 200 W audio amplifier. Then it adds a paging microphone, a digital message repeater, a power supply, and a battery charger. As a result, one enclosure delivers a complete voice-evac system.
Importantly, the EVAX-200 is a panel, not a speaker. Specifically, it drives speaker circuits at 25 or 70 VRMS rather than producing sound itself.
