Edwards G1T Genesis Trim Plate — White, Blank

The Edwards G1T is a white-finish Genesis Series trim plate. First, the plate covers oversized electrical-box openings behind a Genesis horn, strobe, horn-strobe, chime, or chime-strobe appliance.

In addition, the plate is purely mechanical. As a result, the trim plate carries no standalone UL listing or electrical specification.

Verified application

• Designed for oversized openings: two-gang, four-inch square, four-inch octagonal, or European 100 mm square electrical boxes
• Not required for standard 1-gang installs — the Genesis appliance mounts directly to a 1-gang box
• Compatible with the full Genesis Series: G1, G1R, G1F, G1RF horn / strobe / horn-strobe / chime / chime-strobe variants
• Material: textured engineered plastic, blank face (no marking)
• Dimensions: 5″ (127 mm) wide x 5-7/8″ (149 mm) high x 1/2″ (13 mm) deep

Choosing the right trim plate

First, select G1T for blank white finish. Then, choose G1T-FIRE for white with the FIRE marking. Furthermore, the red counterparts are G1RT (blank) and G1RT-FIRE (with FIRE marking).
