Installation Notes for Gentex GEC3-24PWW
First, set the candela level via the slide switch before final mounting. Then, the GEC3-24PWW mounts to a standard 4-inch square electrical backbox. Therefore, ensure the backbox is rated for the faceplate dimensions. However, this unit is not listed for outdoor or wet locations. Also, synchronize the horn signaling using a Gentex sync source for multi-device installations.
