MACURCO (GD-6 WHITE) White Housing-Combustible Fixed Gas Dete

The Macurco GD-6 WHITE is a combustible gas detector, controller, and transducer in a white housing. Specifically, it monitors methane, propane, or hydrogen in commercial and light-industrial spaces.

First, the GD-6 senses the selected gas continuously and shows readings on a 0-50% LEL digital display. Then, it activates the fan relay or alarm relay when concentration crosses the setpoint. As a result, ventilation runs only when needed and alarm devices fire on real events.

In addition, the GD-6 outputs a 4-20 mA current loop compatible with the Macurco DVP-120 family. Furthermore, its supervised design forces the fan and alarm relays into the alarm state if the detector itself fails. Therefore, a hardware fault never leaves a space unprotected.
