The Wheelock NPS-R-023 is a red manual push station for voice message activation. It manually triggers prerecorded messages on Wheelock SAFEPATH and SAFEPATH4 voice systems. For example, an operator can start an Evac Drill, Fire Test, or All Clear message. As a result, staff can broadcast the right message during an event.
Wheelock NPS-R-023 contacts and reset
This push station uses single-pole, single-throw gold-plated contact blocks. Specifically, the normally open and normally closed blocks are interchangeable and replaceable. They are rated 3 A at 600 VAC or 1 A at 250 VDC. Therefore, the station adapts to different control wiring.
Resetting the NPS-R-023 is simple. First, depress the Push button. Then turn it a quarter turn clockwise to release it.
