The Edwards SIGA-MM1 is a single-input monitor module for Signature Series fire alarm systems. It monitors one circuit of normally-open contact devices. Specifically, the factory programs it for non-latching monitor operation. As a result, the input restores automatically when the monitored contact clears.

This addressable module interfaces conventional contact devices with an intelligent panel. Therefore, it reports its status and location directly to the Signature loop controller. In addition, electronic addressing and automatic device mapping simplify setup. The module draws power from the Signature data circuit, so no separate supply is required.

Installers use the SIGA-MM1 to monitor auxiliary normally-open contacts. Furthermore, the non-latching configuration suits status points that reset on their own. The module is UL Listed for fire alarm system use.
