The Simplex 2081-9279 is a 12 V, 110 Ah (20-hour discharge rate) sealed lead-acid battery used in fire alarm systems requiring standby power. Two 2081-9279 units are required to build a 24 V system. Each battery measures 11 3/16″ W × 9″ H × 10 1/2″ D (284 mm × 230 mm × 267 mm) and weighs 82 lbs (37 kg). The 2081-9279 features a lead-calcium grid structure with low self-discharge characteristics allowing storage up to 24 months at 68°F (20°C). Cells are vented with flame arrester caps per UL Standard 924. Meets DIN Standard 43539 deep-discharge performance requirements. The 2081-9279 carries Simplex part number 112-123.
