The STI STI-8200-W is a white coated steel Smoke Detector Damage Stopper® for flush-mount installations. Its heavy-duty 1.2 mm steel cover protects smoke detectors from vandalism and accidental damage. Furthermore, a matrix of perforations lets smoke reach the detector freely.
The white finish blends with most ceilings and interiors. As a result, the cover protects without drawing attention. It is recommended wherever severe abuse causes false fire alarms or high detector maintenance costs.
