System Sensor 2W-B 2-Wire Photoelectric Smoke Detector
The System Sensor 2W-B is a conventional, two-wire photoelectric smoke detector. It belongs to the System Sensor i3 series. Furthermore, photoelectric sensing responds well to slow, smoldering fires.
This detector connects to standard two-wire initiating device circuits (IDC). As a result, it works with most conventional fire alarm control panels. In addition, the non-polarized terminals simplify wiring.
Built-In i3 Maintenance Features
The 2W-B adds practical serviceability features. Specifically, it signals when it needs cleaning and reports a freeze-trouble condition. Also, a removable cover speeds up cleaning. Therefore, maintenance time and lifecycle costs go down.
