The Tyco (56-715-4-010) is a Style 15 recessed escutcheon. It is a sprinkler trim accessory, not a sprinkler. Also, it carries a signal-white (RAL 9003) finish on steel.
This two-piece escutcheon covers the clearance hole around a recessed sprinkler. As a result, it gives a clean, finished ceiling appearance. Specifically, it fits Tyco sprinklers with a 1/2″ orifice. Furthermore, it provides up to 5/8″ of vertical adjustment.

Installation Notes
The escutcheon threads onto the installed sprinkler. However, install it only after the water supply is shut off and the sprinkler is removed for fitting. In addition, the adjustment range absorbs minor ceiling-depth variation. Therefore, it simplifies field installation.
