The Simplex 4100-0621 is a dual-channel analog audio riser module for 4100ES and 4100U panels.
It accepts two separate audio signals from the host panel. First, a Transponder Interface Module controls the riser module. Then the module drives the analog audio riser to remote bays. As a result, voice and tone signals reach the notification circuits.

The 4100U and 4100ES use a 10 VRMS analog audio riser. In addition, this module mounts in Block B of the panel. It supports both Class A and Class B analog wiring. Also, it supports Style 4 and Style 7 digital audio wiring.
The module draws about 25 mA when active. Therefore, the 4100-0621 is the correct dual-channel audio riser module for these systems.
