The Potter Electric Signal PAD100-TRTI is an addressable two-relay / two-input module for Potter fire alarm panels. First, it consumes one SLC loop address. Then, it provides two monitored Class B inputs (or one Class A) plus two Form C relay outputs. As a result, integrators get a flexible single-module solution for sprinkler waterflow, valve tamper, and conventional pull station monitoring.

Each input and relay reports as a sub-point of the module’s single SLC address. Specifically, if the module is addressed as “8,” then relays appear as 8.1 and 8.2. In addition, the inputs appear as 8.3 and 8.4. Therefore, one address slot serves four discrete fire alarm functions.
The dual-input design fits waterflow / tamper pairings well. As a result, technicians wire both sprinkler switches to one module when they share a riser location.

Important install note
The internal relays may ship in the activated state. Therefore, connect the module to the SLC loop first and reset the control panel. Only then terminate the output wiring. In addition, note that this module does NOT support 2-wire smoke detectors on its inputs.
