The Fire-Lite ANN-SB80KIT-W is a surface-mount backbox kit. Specifically, it is used with the Fire-Lite ANN-80 LCD serial annunciator. The kit ships in white to match the ANN-80-W annunciator housing.
In addition, the kit lets installers mount the ANN-80 on any wall surface. As a result, you do not need an in-wall electrical box.
What Comes in the Fire-Lite ANN-SB80KIT-W Kit
The kit includes a plastic surface-mount backbox. Also, the backbox has two 1/2-inch NPT conduit knockouts for wiring entry.
Furthermore, the kit ships with a wedge accessory. Specifically, the wedge sets the annunciator at a 15-degree angled view. Therefore, the display is easier to read from below.
In addition, you get two threaded 1/2-inch NPT plastic plugs and the mounting hardware needed for the install.
Used With the Fire-Lite ANN-80 Annunciator
The ANN-80 is a compact, backlit, 80-character LCD remote annunciator. Specifically, it mimics the Fire Alarm Control Panel display. As a result, building occupants and responders see the same status the FACP shows.
Also, the ANN-80 indicates AC Power, Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory, and Alarm Silenced conditions.
