The STI SS2171EX-EN is a green, indoor/outdoor, surface-mount Stopper Station with an “EMERGENCY EXIT” label in English. First, an occupant turns the activation cap to engage the contact. Then the station holds the contact state until an operator turns it back to reset. As a result, the connected door controller or egress system processes the request without needing an electrical reset signal.
