The Telguard TG-7UB-A is an AT&T LTE-M upgrade board for commercial fire communicators. Specifically, it updates an existing TG-7, TG-7A, or TG-7FS communicator. Furthermore, it moves the unit to the AT&T 5G LTE-M network across the US and Canada. As a result, it restores reliable cellular alarm reporting.

First, the technician removes the prior 3G or CDMA circuit board. Then the new LTE-M board installs in its place. Importantly, this swap does not disturb the site’s existing UL certifications. In addition, it reuses the existing enclosure, power supply, and connectors.
Moreover, the board ships with a 9-inch dipole antenna rated at 2 dBi. It also includes 12 feet of cable and a universal mounting bracket. Therefore, installers have the parts needed to relocate the antenna.
