RSG SP-2-KS Pull Station with Key Switch

The RSG SP-2-KS is the double-pole SP Series pull station configured with a pre-signal key switch. Specifically, the KS suffix adds a keyed contact for two-stage operation. Furthermore, the SP-2 base uses a normally-open DPST toggle switch.

First, a pulled lever sends the initial pre-signal indication to the panel. Then, an authorized keyholder turns the key to escalate. As a result, staff can investigate before a building-wide evacuation begins.

RSG SP-2-KS Option Detail

The KS (pre-signal key switch) suits staffed lobbies, nurses’ stations, and supervised assembly points. However, the station does not enforce a sequence by itself. Therefore, the panel must be programmed for two-stage operation for the pre-signal logic to take effect.
