The Simplex 4099-5204 is an outdoor addressable manual call point with an LED indicator.
It uses Simplex MX Technology for addressable communication. First, an integral module reports the call point’s status over the MX loop. Then the panel identifies exactly which station was activated.

This call point carries an IP67 rating for exterior use. Also, it mounts on the surface and ships with a surface mount box. To trigger an alarm, you break the glass element, which operates a switch. In addition, an LED indicates the activated state.
A test key lets technicians test the unit without breaking the glass. As a result, maintenance visits go faster. However, a special key is required to open the call point. Therefore, the 4099-5204 suits outdoor zones on 4100ES, 4010ES, and 4100U panels with an MX module.
