The Altronix AL1012ULXPD4CB bundles the AL1012ULX 10A power supply with a factory-installed PD4CB power distribution module. As a result, it delivers four Class 2 power-limited 12VDC outputs from a single enclosure.

Specifically, this unit converts 115VAC, 60Hz mains into four PTC-protected, auto-resettable 12VDC outputs. Each output is rated at 2.5 A. In addition, an integrated charger maintains a sealed lead-acid backup battery. Therefore, the supply transitions to battery on AC loss with zero voltage drop. Furthermore, three Form C contacts report AC-fail, low-battery, and battery-presence status to the host panel.

Important Application Note — Not a Fire-Alarm Power Supply

The AL1012ULXPD4CB is positioned for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion loads. However, this unit is not UL 864 listed for fire-alarm service. Therefore, do not install the AL1012ULXPD4CB inside a UL 864 fire alarm control unit. Alternatively, ask about Altronix’s UL 864 9th-edition product family for fire-alarm DC power needs.
