The Ditek DTK-RM12POE is a 12-channel, 1U rack-mount surge protector for Ethernet and PoE circuits. Specifically, it protects up to twelve shielded RJ45 cable runs in a single rack unit.
First, terminate the incoming Ethernet cables on the shielded RJ45 IN ports. Then, patch the protected outputs to the switch, NVR, or VoIP equipment. As a result, the DTK-RM12POE shields network electronics from transient surges on data and power pairs.
