The Mircom EL-7007RX-180 is a red-LED emergency exit sign with universal-voltage input and a 180-minute battery backup. Specifically, the “180” denotes extended battery runtime beyond the standard 90-minute requirement.
First, the sign runs on building AC power during normal operation. Then, if power drops, the internal battery takes over and keeps the exit legend lit.
