The Altronix FireSwitch108 is a UL 864-listed managed NAC power extender with LCD and Ethernet management. Specifically, it provides eight programmable 24VDC notification appliance circuits, configurable as Class B NACs, Class A NACs, or auxiliary power outputs.
First, the FireSwitch108 accepts two Class A or two Class B trigger inputs from any 12 or 24VDC fire alarm control panel. Then, on-board logic drives eight programmable indicating circuits at up to 2.5 A per output. In addition, an integrated LCD plus Ethernet port enable local and remote status monitoring through the Altronix LINQ dashboard. As a result, integrators can program EOL resistor values per output and diagnose signal-circuit faults without opening the cabinet.
