The Gamewell/FCI mb-sdrt-aa is a 6.0" sounder base for Apollo XP95 addressable detectors. First, it combines a standard mounting base with a built-in audible sounder. As a result, it provides local alarm output right at the detector.
This base holds the device address with an XPert addressing card. Therefore, the address stays fixed even when you replace the detector head. In addition, it confirms a consistent match between device type and address.
mb-sdrt-aa Sounder Operation
The integrated sounder can be controlled individually or by group. As a result, you gain flexible notification across the system. In addition, the detector head mounts directly into the 6.0" base.
Compatibility and Replacement
The MB-SDRT-AA serves the Gamewell-FCI XP95 family of addressable detectors. Furthermore, it is a direct replacement for the XP95-B6SNDR and MB-SDR-XP95 bases. Therefore, it is well suited to retrofit and repair work.
