The Gentex WSSPKA24-15/75AWW is an outdoor-listed, wall-mount speaker/strobe in the Gentex WSSPK Series. It carries a white faceplate with ALERT lettering for non-fire mass-notification applications.
First, the unit combines a 25/70.7 VRMS speaker and a 24 VDC strobe. Then, the 15/75 candela strobe provides ADA-compliant high-candela coverage. As a result, one assembly covers both audio evacuation and visual alerting outdoors.

The speaker voltage is field-selectable for 25 V or 70.7 VRMS. Furthermore, power taps are field-selectable at 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, or 4 watts. Sound output at 4 W reaches 87.9 dBA at 10 ft. In addition, the audio frequency range is 400–4000 Hz.
The strobe is fixed at 15/75 candela and operates at 16–33 VDC (24 VDC nominal). Strobe current is 63 mA typical, 96 mA UL Max at 24 VDC. The visual signal flashes at 1 Hz regardless of input voltage. Screw terminals accept 12–18 AWG wire.
Outdoor Listing and Back Box
The WSSPK Series ships with the GBLP outdoor-listed back box. However, the GBLP seal is not watertight. Instead, an installer-fitted gasket and back-box drain holes manage moisture intrusion. As a result, the assembly is listed for outdoor and severe-environment use, but it is not a fully sealed enclosure.

Installation Notes
Indoor operating temperature is 32 °F to 120 °F (0 °C to 49 °C). Outdoor operating temperature is -31 °F to 150 °F (-35 °C to 66 °C). Additionally, the WSSPK Series may be synchronized using the Gentex AVSM Series Control Module.
