The KIDDE COMMERCIAL ANSZM4B2A is a zone splitter module for Kidde ANS-series audio notification systems. Specifically, it splits the output of an ANS25, ANS50, or ANS100 amplifier into multiple speaker circuits. Therefore, it distributes audio power across separate zones from a single amplifier.
First, the module accepts the input from the ANS amplifier speaker output. Then, it uses output relays to route that power to individual circuits. As a result, one amplifier can drive several supervised notification zones.
