The Mircom TX3-2000-8UR-C is a reinforced surface-mount voice entry system. Specifically, it supports up to 2,000 tenant names in the electronic directory. As a result, the panel suits mid-to-large condo, apartment, and commercial buildings. In addition, the unit ships in a heavy stainless steel enclosure.

First, the panel uses an 8-line backlit LCD electronic directory. Then, that display can switch to a 6-line mode for larger fonts. Therefore, building owners can tune readability for tenants with low vision. Furthermore, a 16-digit backlit telephone-style keypad sits beside the screen. Also, dedicated operational keys cover Page Up, Page Down, Call, and Information.
Enclosure and accessories
The unit ships with a built-in rain hood for outdoor exposure. In addition, optional mounting adaptors support semi-flush or gooseneck installations. Furthermore, the panel includes a microphone, a tamper-resistant speaker, and a color camera. For mail delivery, the enclosure has a provision for a built-in postal lock.
