The Notifier LDM-32 is a lamp driver module for custom graphic annunciators in Notifier fire alarm systems. First introduced as part of the LDM Series, it provides 32 alarm lamp-driver transistors. Each transistor sinks to power common on alarm.
How the Notifier LDM-32 works
The module uses a serial EIA-485 multi-drop loop to communicate with the host panel. As a result, it can be located up to 6,000 feet from the panel. In addition, up to 32 LDM systems may connect to a single control panel.
Each LDM-32 can be field-selected through DIP switches. For example, it can run as 32 alarm points, or as 16 alarm, 16 trouble, and 16 switch inputs. Furthermore, switch inputs can drive panel Silence, Reset, or remote relay control.

Compatible panels
The LDM-32 supports a wide range of Notifier panels. Specifically, it works with the NFS-3030, NFS2-3030, NFS-640, NFS-320, AM2020/AFP1010, AFP-300/400, AFP-200, AFP-100, System 5000, and System 500. Also, the LDM-E32 expander and LDM-R32 relay module extend its capabilities.
