The RSG RMS-6P-LP is a DPDT pigtail-connection manual pull station with a Lift-and-Pull (LP) dual-action cover. Furthermore, it suits commercial fire alarm circuits where accidental pulls are a concern.
First, the user lifts the cover. Then, the lever pulls down to activate the alarm. As a result, the two-step motion reduces nuisance activations.
In addition, LP covers are common at school corridors and public exits. However, the DPDT switch can drive two independent loads or polarities. Therefore, confirm the cover clears any flush trim before specifying.

The LP option adds a clear lift-and-pull cover over the lever. Furthermore, the DPDT switch supports two independent contact circuits. As a result, the station resists accidental activation while driving dual outputs.
