The RSG SP-2-KL is the double-pole SP Series pull station configured with a keylock access cover. Specifically, the KL suffix adds a keyed-cylinder lock for test and reset access. Furthermore, the SP-2 base uses a normally-open DPST toggle switch.
First, an authorized keyholder turns the cylinder to access the station. Then, the standard pull motion trips the dual-pole toggle inside. As a result, controlled-access staff can test or reset without exposing the front cover.
RSG SP-2-KL Option Detail
The KL (keylock access) suits schools, hospitals, and other controlled-access occupancies. Furthermore, the cylinder reset prevents casual cover tampering. As a result, the configuration reduces nuisance test trips in mixed-population spaces.
