The RSG SP-2-LPNY is the double-pole SP Series pull station with a lift-and-pull cover and a New York-style red stripe. Specifically, the LPNY suffix combines the lift-cover dual-action option with the high-visibility stripe. Furthermore, the SP-2 base uses a normally-open DPST toggle switch.
First, the user lifts the cover. Then, the user pulls the lever down. As a result, the alarm sounds on one continuous motion — without removing or breaking glass.
