RSG SP-2-WP-PS Weatherproof Pull Station with Pre-Signal

The RSG SP-2-WP-PS is the weatherproof double-pole SP Series pull station with a pre-signal key contact. Specifically, the WP suffix adds a die-cast gasketed enclosure for outdoor use. Furthermore, the PS suffix adds a key-operated supervisory contact for two-stage panels.

First, the user pulls the lever to send a pre-signal. Then, on confirmation, a key-held second action releases the general alarm. As a result, staff can investigate before mass evacuation in outdoor or perimeter areas.

The WP+PS combination suits managed-evacuation campuses with outdoor staging — hospitals, hotels, and high-rise plazas. However, pre-signal requires panel programming for two-stage operation. Therefore, confirm the fire alarm control panel supports a pre-signal mode before specifying this option.
