The Secutron MRI-4045-M is an intelligent addressable multi relay module. It provides eight Form C (SPDT) contacts. As a result, one module delivers eight individually controllable outputs from a single SLC address through sub-addressing.
First, each relay is rated 2 A at 30 V DC or 0.5 A at 125 V AC. In addition, each contact has its own red LED. Therefore, technicians can verify activation at a glance.
How the Secutron MRI-4045-M Operates
Specifically, each of the eight relays can be programmed by the FACU. Furthermore, Group Activation lets the panel fire multiple relays at once. Therefore, reaction time during alarm is fast.
Also, the module carries dedicated LEDs for SLC communication status and short-circuit indication. As a result, on-site diagnostics do not require the panel display.
Mounting Options
The MRI-4045-M ships with a DIN-rail mounting clip and plug-in terminal blocks. Therefore, installation is fast and tool-free. In addition, the SLC and external power connections are on opposite corners. Furthermore, the module installs in the MMX-BB-4002R (up to two modules), the MMX-BB-4006R (up to six modules), or any UL/ULC listed enclosure via the MGC-4000-BR bracket kit.
