The Simplex 4098-9683 is a 2-wire mounting base providing dual Form C auxiliary alarm relay output for use with Simplex TrueAlarm photoelectric and heat detectors on conventional 2-wire initiating device circuits (IDCs). The 4098-9683 must be wired as the only device on its IDC to ensure reliable relay operation. It also provides connections for a remote alarm LED indicator.
