The Simplex 4098-9792 is the addressable standard base for TrueAlarm analog sensors. The integrated electronics poll the mounted sensor and transmit status data to the fire alarm control panel every four seconds over IDNet or MAPNET II signaling line circuits. Automatic sensor identification allows the panel to apply default sensitivity values when sensor types are substituted without reconfiguration. The 4098-9792 mounts to standard 4″ or single-gang back boxes for ceiling or wall installation and features a louvered smoke entry design for the photoelectric detector head.
