Silent Knight (SK-HEAT-W) Addressable 135°F Fixed Heat Detector

The Silent Knight SK-HEAT-W is an addressable 135°F fixed-temperature heat detector. It alarms when the temperature at the detector reaches 135°F (57°C). Unlike the SK-HEAT-ROR-W, it does not add rate-of-rise sensing. The white, low-profile housing suits modern commercial interiors.

This detector belongs to the SK-HEAT-W Series. The series is the direct replacement for the older SK-HEAT detectors. Each detector sets its address with rotary decimal switches. As a result, the panel reports the exact device location.

Bases and Mounting

The detector plugs into standard System Sensor-style bases. For example, use the B300-6 flanged base or the B501 flangeless base. Sounder, relay, and isolator bases are also available. Mount the base on an electrical box at least 1.5 inches deep.
