The Potter Electric Signal SL-5AC is a 12/24 VDC conical strobe with a clear lens. First, the SL-5AC delivers a 160,000 candle-power output through a xenon flash tube. The base uses impact-resistant black ABS plastic. Specifically, the lens is interchangeable polycarbonate in amber, blue, clear, or red. In addition, the strobe offers over 200 hours of operating life. Furthermore, the SL-5AC is polarized for connection to supervised security circuits.
Voltage selection
The strobe accepts polarized filtered DC or unfiltered full-wave-rectified input. Specifically, voltage is selectable between 12 VDC and 24 VDC. Therefore, integrators match the strobe to the available control panel supply.
