The Telguard (TG-7A-A) is a universal commercial alarm communicator that reports over the AT&T LTE cellular network. First, it transmits alarm signals from a connected panel. Specifically, the “A” denotes the AT&T LTE variant. As a result, monitored sites avoid reliance on a phone line.
Telguard (TG-7A-A) features
This TG-7 Series unit works as a universal communicator. Therefore, it pairs with most alarm panels through dial capture. In addition, it can serve as the sole or backup reporting path. Also, the design keeps field installation simple.
The communicator uses LTE Cat-M1 cellular service. Furthermore, Telguard TG-7 models are UL Listed for their rated applications. However, this single-path model reports over cellular only.
Where it fits
Use the TG-7A-A where AT&T offers the stronger signal. Also, it suits retrofits that replace aging phone-line monitoring. As a result, facilities gain dependable alarm transmission over AT&T LTE.
