RSG RMS-2P-WP-KS Pull Station with Key Switch

The RSG RMS-2P-WP-KS is a DPST pigtail-lead-connection weatherproof manual pull station with the Pre-Signal Key Switch (KS) option. Furthermore, it suits outdoor commercial fire alarm circuits requiring two-stage operation.

First, the KS configuration combines a key switch with pre-signal operation. Then, a staff key advances the station from pre-signal to general alarm. As a result, the building supports a two-stage evacuation flow.

In addition, the WP housing extends KS use to exterior locations. However, the panel must be programmed for two-stage operation. Therefore, confirm panel and AHJ acceptance before specifying.

RSG RMS-2P-WP-KS Option Detail

The KS option pairs a key switch with the pre-signal contact set. Furthermore, the WP housing seals both the key switch and contacts against weather. As a result, staff can confirm and escalate a pull from pre-signal to full evacuation, even outdoors.
