The Farenhyt 00RA-100 is the Silent Knight RA-100 remote LCD annunciator for Farenhyt-series fire alarm panels. Specifically, it provides off-panel display and control for IFP-100 and IFP-1000 systems.
First, the RA-100 connects to the host panel over the RS-485 system bus. Then it shows panel events on an 80-character backlit LCD. As a result, building staff can read alarms and trouble messages away from the FACP.

Where the 00RA-100 Is Used
Typically, the 00RA-100 is installed at a lobby, security desk, or remote entrance. In addition, it can be used to operate and program the connected IFP panel. Therefore, the RA-100 is also a convenient service access point for fire alarm technicians.
Furthermore, multiple RA-100 units can be placed throughout a facility on the same RS-485 bus. As a result, large buildings can have annunciation at several locations off one panel.
