The Simplex 4098-9866 is an OEM rotation adapter for Simplex 520 Hz sounder bases.
It works with the TrueAlarm sounder base line that produces a 520 Hz tone. First, the 520 Hz low-frequency tone meets newer code for sleeping areas. Then this adapter supports installation of that sounder base.
