The Simplex 4100-1287 is a 24-switch graphic annunciator module with 24 red status LEDs. It plugs into the Simplex 4100ES and 4100U annunciator architecture for site-specific switch and indicator functions.
First, each switch uses an alternate-action ON/OFF (or programming-selected behavior) with a tactile raised-rubber button. Then, each switch has a paired high-efficiency red LED visible through the annunciator glass door. As a result, the operator gets clear status feedback for whichever function the panel programmer has assigned.
How the Simplex 4100-1287 is used
Switch functions, LED meaning, and printer-output text are configured when the host 4100 panel CPU is programmed for the job. Slide-in labels are then locally printed and inserted to identify each row. Therefore, every installation can map the 24 points to building-specific functions such as zone control, smoke control, or door release.
