Resideo 951WG-BR Recessed Wide-Gap Magnetic Contact
The Resideo 951WG-BR is a recessed 3/8 in diameter magnetic contact in brown. First drill a 3/8 in hole in the door or window frame. Then press-fit the contact body into the hole. Also mount the matching 3/4 in magnet across the gap on the moving panel.
The 951WG-BR is a wired intrusion contact. It is not a fire-alarm initiating device.

Where the Resideo 951WG-BR Fits
The wide 1.25 in gap accepts loose-fitting casement and sliding windows. As a result, the 951WG-BR works where standard tight-tolerance contacts false-alarm. Also, the 3/8 in stubby body fits narrow window stops where a deeper contact will not.
For example, install it in casement frames, double-hung sashes, and slider tracks. In addition, multiple 951WG units can wire across one intrusion zone.
