The Notifier AFAWS-BX is a steel back box for AFAWS Series emergency telephone stations. First, it accepts both flush and surface mount installs. As a result, the same back box covers new construction and retrofit jobs.
What the Notifier AFAWS-BX is for
The AFAWS-BX is the empty enclosure. Specifically, it requires a matching AFAWS door and an AFAWS telephone chassis to make a complete station. In addition, the chassis holds the firefighter telephone handset and switch hardware.

The AFAWS-BX belongs to the Notifier AFAWS Series Emergency Telephone Stations family. Therefore, it pairs with AFAWS-TELA or AFAWS-TELC handset chassis and AFAWS doors. Also, it mounts directly to walls or to standard electrical boxes.
