The VESDA E700-CAPKIT is a plastic connector kit for VESDA aspirating smoke detection sampling networks. It joins capillary tubing to miniature sampling points cleanly and securely.
Specifically, the kit ships with two pieces: one male connector and one female connector. First, the male side uses a 1/2-inch thread paired with a 1/2-inch OD compression fitting. Then, the female side accepts the same 1/2-inch OD compression tubing. As a result, technicians can run capillary tubes from a sampling point to the VESDA detector with leak-free joints. In addition, the kit is UL 1887 listed for plenum installations.
