Edwards EST BPS6A Remote Booster Power Supply
The Edwards EST BPS6A is a 24VDC, 6-amp remote booster power supply designed to extend notification appliance circuit (NAC) power on Edwards and EST fire alarm systems. For installations where zone size and device count call for additional current beyond the main panel output — but a full 10-amp booster is unnecessary — the BPS6A provides a right-sized solution.
Like its higher-capacity sibling, the BPS6A is supervised by the main fire alarm control panel while independently driving NAC loads such as horns and strobes. Its compact, remote-mount design allows placement near the notification zones it serves, minimizing wire runs and voltage drop.
