The Notifier FWD-200ACCLIMATE is a SWIFT wireless Acclimate detector. It combines photoelectric smoke and heat sensing in one device. As a result, it adds intelligent detection without running new wire.
How the Notifier FWD-200ACCLIMATE Works
The Acclimate feature blends heat and smoke sensor information. Furthermore, it automatically adjusts sensitivity as the environment changes. This approach helps balance fast response against nuisance alarms. The detector uses FlashScan for intelligent panel communication.
Wireless Power and Mounting
This detector joins Notifier’s SWIFT wireless mesh network. Therefore, it links back through a SWIFT wireless gateway. It requires one B210W wireless base, ordered separately. In addition, it uses four CR-123A batteries, which are included.
Installed in the B210W base, it measures 2.4 inches high and 6.0 inches in diameter. It is UL 268 listed for smoke and UL 521 listed for heat. As a result, it suits commercial retrofit and new-construction projects.
