The Apollo/Gamewell XP95-P is an addressable photoelectric smoke detector from the industry-standard Apollo XP95 series — one of the most widely deployed addressable fire detection platforms in commercial fire alarm systems worldwide. Using light-scattering photoelectric technology, the XP95-P provides reliable early detection of slow-smoldering fires while communicating over Apollo’s proven two-wire SCI (Serial Communication Interface) addressable protocol.
The XP95-P operates on 17–28V DC from the signaling line circuit and supports analog alarm levels, providing the fire alarm control panel with actual chamber value readings rather than simple alarm/normal binary signals. This allows more precise alarm thresholds and pre-alarm warnings. It mounts to any standard Apollo XP95-compatible base.
Key Features

- Pre-alarm capability for earlier warning at lower chamber values
- Compatible with standard XP95 series bases (B501AP, B6EZ, etc.)
- UL 268 listed; FM approved
Compatible Panels
- Gamewell-FCI E3 Series, 7100 Series
- Any panel supporting Apollo XP95 SCI protocol
