The Potter Electric Signal PFC-4064 is a conventional fire alarm control panel. Specifically, it manages fire detection and notification for commercial and institutional buildings. Moreover, it ships in a durable red metal cabinet. As a result, it provides a reliable platform for conventional systems.
Potter Electric Signal PFC-4064 capabilities
First, the panel provides six programmable input circuits. In addition, it is expandable to 192 inputs using up to 31 IDC-6 cards. It also includes four 24VDC notification appliance circuits rated at 3.0 amps each, with strobe synchronization. Furthermore, a 5.0-amp power supply meets demanding jurisdictional requirements.
Communication and display
The PFC-4064 uses a proprietary protocol over an RS-485 connection to field devices. Specifically, up to 31 devices connect to a single P-Link connection. Then an 80-character LCD with status LEDs shows system condition. In addition, a built-in Ethernet port supports programming and network connectivity. As a result, technicians configure and monitor the panel efficiently.
