The Edwards RELA-ABT is a manual abort station for fire suppression releasing systems. It works with Edwards releasing modules. First, an operator presses and holds the abort control. Then the system delays the suppression discharge.
Releasing systems protect spaces such as data centers and equipment rooms. As a result, a hold gives staff time to confirm a real event. In addition, the station mounts in the protected area for quick access.
